How do I place an order?
Shopping at Nayerā is simple:

3. Add them to your cart, then proceed to secure payment.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a summary email with all the information.

How do I modify or cancel an order after it has been validated?
Because we prepare orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, it is not always possible to make changes to or cancel an order.

Where do we deliver?
Nayerā currently ships worldwide so that our community can enjoy modest fashion wherever they are.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically during checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union , customs duties or import taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.
These costs remain the responsibility of the client.
What are the delivery times?
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 3 to 7 business days
International: 5 to 12 business days
Please note that during launches, sales or periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer.
What are the return conditions?
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with their original tags and packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If stock allows, an exchange may also be offered.
